Radical changes at Sternenberg

Radical changes at Sternenberg

Employees of SIX used every kind of tool, and especially their brute strength, to clear space for a natural meadow in the idyllic village of Sternenberg.

After preliminary work with a pickaxe, the tree roots were levered out with a special piece of equipment.

Nevertheless it sometimes took two men to drag out the stubborn roots, even with the help of the leverage effect.

Compared with this, clearing away tools, branches and rocks was a walk in the park!

A proud achievement: By the end of the day a 40-meter strip of land had been cleared of undergrowth and troublesome roots.
