Business fields and Group companies

SIX Group operates in four business fields, in which it is represented in the market by the following group companies.

Management structure

SIX Group's organizational pillars comprise five market divisions and the IT & Logistics and Finance & Risk central divisions. The Group Executive Board is made up of the Group CEO and seven divisional CEOs. SIX Exchange Regulation, the independent regulatory unit, reports directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
