SIX Group's Securities Trading business field provides a wide range of services connected
to Swiss stock exchange trading. This includes operating efficient trading platforms,
providing stock exchange data as well as approving, monitoring and regulating trading.
SIX Swiss Exchange provides technologically innovative and client-oriented services for trading participants,
issuers and investors from around the world. It operates an efficient and transparent reference
market for Swiss securities, offering an attractive selection of trading segments. It is Europe's
leading exchange for the life-science sector. SIX Swiss Exchange is part of the fully automated trading,
settlement and custody system integrated within SIX Group and is a cornerstone of the Swiss
financial center.
Through SIX Exfeed, the Swiss Stock Exchange delivers raw data in real time to financial information
providers across the globe. The most important information products include the well-known
SMI®, SLI® and SPI® Swiss stock market indices.
A separate organizational unit within SIX Group, SIX Exchange Regulation is responsible for admitting
securities to trading, monitoring stock exchange trading and performing regulatory functions. This
is based on an internationally recognized, efficient self-regulation process.
Participations
SIX Group has also entered into three joint ventures with Deutsche Börse in the area of structured
product and derivative trading as well as the index business. In addition, SIX Group holds a stake
in the fund information provider Swiss Fund Data.
Eurex is one of the world's leading trading venues for exchange-traded derivatives. Together with
International Securities Exchange, a company it acquired in 2007, it is the market leader in the
equities and equity-index derivatives sector. As Europe's largest central counterparty, Eurex
Clearing offers integrated and fully automated post-trade services for derivatives, equity,
repo, energy and fixed-income transactions. Eurex Repo operates both the Swiss franc repo market
and the euro repo market. In particular, the Swiss franc repo market is used by the Swiss National
Bank to implement its monetary policy efficiently. Eurex Bonds' fixed-income securities trading
complements the European trading markets covered by Eurex.

The specialized Scoach exchange is a facility for the efficient electronic trading of warrants and
structured products. It has trading venues in Frankfurt, which serves the EU, and Zurich, for Switzerland.
STOXX develops and markets global sector- and market-specific indices, which are used by investors
across the globe as the basis for financial products such as ETFs, structured products and derivatives.
The company markets all SIX Group and Deutsche Börse indices and is the leading index provider in
the European ETF and global derivatives segments.
Swiss Fund Data operates a central database for entering, managing and publishing Swiss fund data.
