Professional training and development
SIX Group provides a comprehensive program of professional training and development. This includes
courses on working methods, specialist knowledge, soft skills and language learning. As part of a
three-step leadership program, employees build up their management skills (Focus on customer, Manage
Financials, Run the business, Change the business, Manage myself, Manage people) and network within
the company. Options for further training include certified courses, post-diploma studies and other
recognized qualifications, all of which are organized on an individual basis. The range of options
varies depending on the country. In addition, SIX Group has around 35
apprentices in Switzerland.
Sporting and leisure activities
SIX Group runs a club offering all employees in Switzerland the chance to participate in 16 sporting and
