Dr. Urs Rüegsegger
Group CEO
Dr. Urs Rüegsegger has been the CEO of SIX Group since beginning of 2008. Prior to this,
he held the position of Head of the Executive Committee of St. Galler Kantonalbank. He
joined the bank in 1993 as Head of Controlling, Accounting and Risk Management and was
appointed to the Executive Committee in 1997. In 2000 he took charge of the IPO project,
which was successfully launched in 2001. As Head of the Executive Committee of St. Galler
Kantonalbank he also held various positions with the Association of Swiss Cantonal Banks
since 2001. After completing his business studies at the University of St. Gallen,
Urs Rüegsegger started his career at Swiss Re in the area of IT. He was deeply involved
in the development of commercial applications and the restructuring of Swiss Re's service
branch. He transferred to St. Galler Kantonalbank in late 1993 after assuming financial
responsibility for Audatex, the international subsidiary group.

Dr. Christian Katz
CEO of Cash Markets division
Christian Katz is Chief Executive Officer of SIX Group's Cash Markets Division.
The Division encompasses SIX Swiss Exchange and SIX Exfeed, a leading supplier of raw financial data. SIX Swiss Exchange
also operates several joint ventures including Scoach, which is Europe's first exchange to
specialize solely in structured financial products, Swiss Fund Data and STOXX, the European leader in
financial market indices. Before joining SIX Group in early 2009, Christian Katz headed the
representative office of Goldman Sachs International in Switzerland, where he focused on the
firm's institutional equity and derivatives business. Before that, he spent eight years with
JP Morgan Chase in London, where he was initially responsible for institutional equity sales to
Swiss clients and later the Head of Research Marketing for Europe. He was also actively involved
in international banking as a result of his previous positions at London Forfaiting Company and
SBC Warburg in Zurich, London and Hong Kong. Christian Katz holds a Masters in Business and
Finance and a PhD in Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Thomas Zeeb
CEO Division Securities Services
Thomas Zeeb joined SIX Group after a four-year spell working for Clearstream Banking in London
and Luxembourg. As Executive Director Client Relations, he was a member of the company's
Executive Management and a member of the Board of Directors of Clearstream Banking Frankfurt.
As the manager in charge of sales, relationship management and client services, Thomas Zeeb was
responsible for the development of European and US business. A Canadian national, he previously
held positions in companies such as the Bank of New York in London, Sim & Fed SpA in Florence
and Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt. In the course of his career, Thomas Zeeb has gained a wealth
of experience in the post-trading sector.

Thomas Gross
CEO Division Financial Information
Thomas Gross was appointed CEO of the Financial Information Division of SIX Group in April 2009.
Before this, he held managerial positions at Credit Suisse, first as Head of the Inhouse Consulting
Department, and from 2004-2009 as Head of Securities Operations. After the completion of his law
studies in Neuchâtel, Thomas Gross began his career as the manager of different projects in the
fields of finance and industry. He then worked for one and a half years in Sales for Hilti Germany
GmbH, based in Leipzig. Having completed an MBA at the Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, USA,
he continued his career at McKinsey & Company, for whom he worked for seven years on
various strategic projects in Switzerland and in Brazil.

Hans-Martin Moser
CEO Division Multipay
Within the SIX Group, Hans-Martin Moser is the head of Switzerland's leading
sales and marketing organisation for acceptance and smooth settlement of card-based payment means.
From 2004 until end of 2007, he was CEO of Telekurs Multipay Ltd. and a Member of the
Management Committee of the Telekurs Group. After a commercial education and completion of the
School of Management and Economy in Bern, Hans-Martin Moser started his career in 1979 as a
Brand Manager with Jacobs Café AG. Later, he was Group Brand Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing
for Food Services and Trade Marketing Director at Jacobs Suchard Tobler AG. In 1997, he transferred
to Hero AG as Head of Sales and Assistant Managing Director. In 2001, he transferred to Dannemann
AG as CEO Switzerland.

Felix Aeschlimann
CEO Division Cards & Payments
The division of SIX Group run by Felix Aeschlimann is responsible for
the processing of card-based payment transactions using credit, debit and client cards as well as
for the settlement of interbank payments, the LSV direct debit business and for PayNet, the
network for settlement of electronic invoices.
From 2003, Felix Aeschlimann was CEO of Telekurs Card Solutions Ltd. and Member of the
Management Committee of the Telekurs Group. From 1997 to 2003, he was a Member of the
Management Committee of Systor AG. For a brief period he was employed at Accenture
Technology Solutions Inc.
From 1973 to 1994 he was Head of IT Development at the Union Bank of Switzerland. In this
capacity, he managed the International Division in Basel, Zurich, Luxembourg and London.
Later he became a Member of the Managing Board and transferred to the Service and Consulting Centre.
After a commercial education at the Union Bank of Switzerland, Felix Aeschlimann was employed at
the computer centre. In 1971 and 1972, he gained experience as a programmer at the Royal Bank
of Canada.
Felix Aeschlimann is a Member of the Board of Finance Forum Management AG.

Robert Bornträger
CEO Division IT & Logistics
Robert Bornträger is responsible for the development and operation of the entire infrastructure
(IT Services and Facility Services) of SIX Group.
From 2005 until end of 2007, he was CEO of Telekurs Services Ltd. and Member of the
Management Committee of the Telekurs Group. Previously, he was Managing Director of Integralis
Schweiz AG for a brief period and subsequently Chief Information Officer of Swiss International
Air Lines. From 1998 to 2001 he was a Member of the Management Committees of Swisscargo Ltd.
and Cargologic Ltd. From 1992 to 1998, he was based in Sweden and Hungary as Managing Director
of Swissair AG.
During the time he studied for Master of Science in IT and Business Administration at the
University of Zurich, Robert Bornträger worked as a programmer and analyst at Eldag Informatik AG.
In 1986, he transferred to Swissair's IT unit, where he was a consultant, instructor and
software engineer.
