Service Manager - DPS

We are currently looking for our Entity in Poland (Warsaw) our Service Manager for our preferred supplier dealing with the distribution, installation and repair of terminals as well as the management of all related merchant invoicing processes (billing, dunning and litigation), reporting directly to the DPS-Customer Fulfillment Local Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong focus leadership, excellent customer orientation and language skills (German and English).

Main duties:

  • Lead on the operational delivery and relationship development of our important supplier acting as a single point of contact for Poland, Hungary… and owning the service relationship in order to ensure an effective partnership.

  • To monitor and manage operational service outcomes and ensure that they meet agreed customer requirements and contractual obligations : Terminal on-site support services ( installation, maintenance, inspection, incl. partner management), Terminal logistics (incl. repair and partner management), Merchant billing, dunning and litigation,

  • Identify and manage service delivery risks and issues, Manage supplier service delivery issues (until escalated to Commercial) including collection of necessary data and documentation, Ensure timely escalation of issues.

  • Maintain day to day operational contact with supplier on service aspects of the contract (proper controlling of our stock and all movements (such as installations, deinstallations and repairs))

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the service e.g. contractual obligations, key contacts, and service components,

  • Maximize the supplier value : Input to contract negotiations and definition of outcome based contracting, Support contract review to ensure adherence to SIX standards and supplier strategy, Support cross vendor engagement to deliver sustainable improvements.

Your profile:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience of working in a specific Supplier Management role Experience of working in an international environment.
  • Exceptional communication and liaison skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results.
