Team Leader Relationship Management

As Team Leader Relationship Management you will lead a team of 4 - 6 Relationship Managers based locally and/or internationally who are responsible for the development and growth of the core Securities Services business including local and international custody, asset servicing, tax services and clearing.

Main duties:
  • Responsible for the overall Relationship Management service-delivery of the allocated client portfolio and relationship management team, working closely with Product Management, Client Support, Front Support, Account Management, Securities Operations and Business Support
  • Create a partnership and work with clients – manage senior relationships to create and identify opportunities to assist clients achieve their business objectives
  • Build and extend strategic relationships on respective Senior levels with banks, broker/dealers and other client segments as appropriate, across all product groups
  • Increase the profitability of the existing client relationships and help develop new products according to current client & market needs
  • Find innovative solutions for your respective client portfolios and define and meet the growth objectives within your area
Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree (ideally in Finance / Business Administration), a Master in Business or Finance would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a post-trade relationship management role within the financial services industry (B2B) and high level of customer orientation
  • Solid B2B selling and relationship management experience as well as capability managing complex accounts, sales processes and long sales cycles
  • Experience to drive a team based business development model, working with specialists to co-develop solutions meeting client needs and consistently deliver results
  • Current, relevant network of Senior contacts in relevant sectors and organizations
  • Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both across client organizations and SIX SIS
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills in English, German (any other language is a plus)
