Junior Account Manager (m/f)
As account manager, you will play a key role in retaining existing, profitable customers and maintaining market share as well as increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure the follow-up of SIX existing customers, strenghtening existing relationships as well as establishing personalized and trustful partnerships with new customers in order to secure and generate additional revenues by upselling the entire product range;
Initiate win-back actions and ensure the follow-up of lost accounts;
Be a direct point of contact for our customers and assist and consult them during product and application inquiries, expediting the sales process and following through customer requests;
Be responsible for responding to inbound requests, turn cold-calling into prospect customers and qualify potential opportunities for new and existing customers.
1-to-3 years previous B2B sales experience is mandatory;
- Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor in International Trade, Sales Administration or in a similar domain would be considered as a good asset;
Fluent in French & Luxembourgish is mandatory, Good knowledge in German and English;
A wide understanding of the Luxembourgish market with experience preferably in the retail or financial sector;
Great client management and negotiation skills;
High level of self-motivation and work as a team player;
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and to establish long-term client relationships;
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
