Training and Change & Deployment Specialist (80%, temporary until 28.02.2018)

The Training and Change & Deployment Specialist is a lead role for the worldwide implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in the area of Recruiting, Learning and Compensation. The role is managing this entire topic including all change aspects as well as leading the trainings for all user groups.

Main duties:
  • Plan, prepare, and manage all aspects of change and training, including refining and delivering the change interventions to schedule and budget
  • Set up the global change management plan and ensure that the global program team understands the change strategy and change mission
  • Set up the stakeholder management plan, manage, follow up and own the plan throughout the entire program on a global level
  • Develop and manage the work plan for change, communication, training and business readiness activities for the deployments
  • Manages related status, scope, issues and risks
  • Partner with other sub work stream leads to ensure effective continuous stakeholder management and manage stakeholders of all areas in cooperation with the project lead HR
  • Review and approve business readiness deliverables
  • Central point of coordination in terms of training and change activities
Your profile:
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Communications or alike
  • 3+ years of experience in a change and training position
  • Experienced in Cloud Software for HR and profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, self-responsible and willingness to manage contradictions
  • Presenting, listening skills and the ability to communicate in an adaptive way
  • Excellent command of English
