Analyst / Programmer

As member of our Data Input Systems team you analyze, specify, develop, test and maintain software applications according to business requirements. You are proficient in Java, Python, Perl, C/C++ and know your way around relational Databases. In addition to your IT-experience, you have a keen interest in financial information and a good understanding of various reference data sources which will help you to work effectively within our global team.

What You Will Do
  • analyze, specify, code, test and maintain components for DB or web applications based on business analyst's requirements
  • support business analyst with various data analysis
  • create unit tests and/or produce test plans for business acceptance testing 
  • provide support with data or issue tracing for data operations
  • provide 3rd level support for operations
  • provide datasets for analysis and reports 
  • documentation of functionality and requirements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor or Masters in Computer/Information Science 
  • min. 3-5 years experience in scripting languages, including Perl, Python and shell script
  • proficient in object-oriented programming languages including C/C++, Java
  • proficiency in DB application development, familiar with SQL Server, Oracle DBMS and MySQL
  • knowledge of data analysis, experience with financial data preferred
  • familiar with security standards, concepts and technologies
  • experience with LINUX, GIT, Jenkins
  • familiarity with working in fast-paced, SAFe environment
