Communication Engineer

Our Communication Engineering Team works in an Engineering/Operation approach and is responsible for the operation, optimization and continuous development of numerous corporate services such as telephony, e-mail and file services. You will be responsible for consulting, conception, implementation, support and migration of Exchange Services in a modern Microsoft Hybrid environment. As well as the continuous expansion of our security and compliance requirements of these services. Are you ready to face the numerous challenges in the environment of the Swiss financial center?

What You Will Do
  • Operation and further development of our Microsoft Exchange Services, Exchange Online and Mail Gateway Infrastructure
  • Integration of new applications / services into the existing environment
  • Cooperation and coordination with our various business units and international colleagues, cooperation in audits and security engineering as well as maintenance of system documentation
  • On-call service is necessary for our services
What You Bring
  • Experience as a system engineer with Microsoft solutions, preferably in the IT service provider environment
  • You are well-versed in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Services, Gateway Services, good knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business and experienced in enterprise environments (HA environments)
  • Initiative, resilience, flexibility, determination and reliability, openess and team player attitude
  • Advanced English, German would be a plus
