SaaS/Cloud Application Engineer

The Competence Center Corporate SaaS is responsible for the operation, integration and continuous optimization of various corporate services based on public cloud solutions. Cross-functional collaboration and agile principles provide end-to-end services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As SaaS/Cloud Application Engineer you are able to adapt complex and highly integrated standard services to changing and challenging customer requirements. You recognize optimization potentials and are able to implement them proactively and continuously in cooperation with the customer.

What You Will Do
  • Consult and support our internal customers in the launch, adoption and optimization of cloud solutions and environments
  • Analyze the cloud demand and perform Cloud Readiness Assessments
  • Build and develop cloud solution scenarios and define the future target architecture with the appropriate migration guide
  • Provide support in the implementation of cloud infrastructures in hybrid and multicloud approaches
  • Ensure reliability, stability and availability of production and non-production environments whilst optimizing cost and complexity
What You Bring
  • At least 3 years working experience with SaaS cloud solutions
  • Very good analytical and consulting skills proven in various IT projects
  • Autonomous work attitude with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Technical knowledge in network concepts and security, identity and access management, Microsoft Azure (esp. Intune, AAP, O365), integration scenarios
  • Very good English language skills, German is a benefit. Engineer's degree or certification in IT fiel.
