IT Compliance and Security Engineer

Are you passionate about finance and modern technology? Do you have good organizational skills? If yes, this is the right place for you. In this challenging role you are part of the IT Security and IT Compliance Management team focusing on compliance tasks in the area of Identity and Access Management. Your precise way of working and close interactions with IT operations ensure that only authorized users get access to our critical infrastructure and applications.

What You Will Do
  • Drive regular identity and access reconciliation activities with responsible persons in IT operations and application development
  • Follow-up on the remediation of identified deviations and ensure the retention of evidences for audit purposes
  • Consult application and infrastructure responsibles with the objective to increase the maturity and reliability of identity and access controls
  • Support before, during and after audits and other compliance activities and act as a SPOC for all identity and access related compliance topics
  • Analyze, enhance and improve existing processes and collaboration
What You Bring
  • Good conceptual understanding and technical expertise in Identity and Access Management
  • Experienced analyst/role engineer with Sailpoint IdentityIQ
  • Good IT skills, especially with SQL DBA
  • Communicate and act proactively & assume ownership, strong analytical and result-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
