Ihre Aufgaben
  • Supporting clients in regards to inquiries related to securities deliveries and receipts
  • Advising clients of settlement problems and short positions as well as supporting clients with the correct formatting and entry of settlement instructions
  • Rectifying wrong settlement bookings, entering manual settlement instructions and doing manual bookings in the company's SECOM-System
  • Working on SWIFT exceptions in the company's ISIS and SECOM System as well as amending and executing client transactions manually
  • Corresponding with clearing correspondents and giving notice of technical settlement problems to the relevant responsible departments (management, supervisor)
  • Optimize processes
Ihr Profil
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (KV)
  • Work-experience preferred but learning on the job possible
  • English level minimum B2 required, more languages are welcome
  • You are a Teamplayer
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills paired with a high level of client orientation – welcome to our team
