Main duties
  • Consulting and supporting our Swedish customers on services, product functionalities, data, pricing, exchanges and claims
  • Supporting the Sales team in commercial and administrative matters
  • Generating contracts in our internal system
  • Being responsible for product and data entitlements
  • Managing the billing process
  • Ensuring data compliance
Your profile
  • Relevant professional experience: 6 to 10 years, ideally in a financial environment
  • Proven experience in administration, with strong organizational skills
  • High understanding of quality as well as exact and reliable working methods combined with great independence
  • Clear customer focus and good communication skills
  • Team player with a positive basic attitude
  • Fluent English and Swedish with German as additional assets
