Main duties
• Responsibility for SAP CRM services (operations & service enhancements)
• Technical conception, design and realization of further developments with the SAP development tools ABAP(-OO) and BSP/WebUI (BOL/GENIL)
• Responsible for the SAP CRM interfaces to surrounding SAP and non-SAP systems
• Supporting the application's lifecycle (upgrades, migrations), incident management as second level support as well as coordination of third level support using OSS messages, change management and project work
• Consulting in the context of system integrations, support of the process consultants in the conception phase, assessment of technical concepts for technical feasibility
• Solution design based on business requirements, implementation of the solutions within the SAP CRM system
Your profile
• At least 4 years of practical experience in a comparable position
• Very good development skills in ABAP(-OO) and BSP/WebUI (BOL/GENIL)
• Solid knowledge of SAP CRM middleware and interface development, experiences in SAP UI5/Fiori would be an advantage
• In-depth SAP CRM process knowledge and experience with a focus on sales, marketing and service
• High analytical skills and strong conceptual thinking and action, initiative, assertiveness, independent work, high motivation
• Team-oriented, open personality with a pronounced customer focus
