- Responsibility for the Securities Finance Sales Strategy. Ensure high visibility and buy-in for the strategy within the organization
- Management and development of existing client relations, promote trading activities within Repo customers
- Acquisition of new customers in Switzerland and Europe
- Lead sales efforts for new and existing products leveraging other client facing staff.
- Active marketing of new services and products in coordination with Product Management of SIX Repo AG
- Promotion of the Securities Finance platform through representation at industry events e.g. conferences, trade publications, Exchange's website, direct customer communications etc.
- Development of Sales and Account Plans
- Potential to develop into Head Role with management responsibility
- Experience in securities finance with highly detailed product and market knowledge
- Proven sales experience/track record within securities finance
- Broad-based network in the financial services sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate proposals through presentation techniques is essential.
- Team player with entrepreneurial qualities
- Good analytical judgment and thinking ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, French knowledge of advantage
