Swiss Economic Leaders Feature in SIX Annual Report 2017

In its 2017 Annual Report SIX sets the focus on the importance of the infrastructure to the Swiss financial center. Read the contributions of four Swiss economic leaders: Ueli Maurer, member of the Swiss Federal Council. Thomas Jordan, Chairman of the Swiss National Bank. Eveline Saupper, lawyer and professional board director. And Lino Guzzella, President of ETH Zurich.

Ueli Maurer is member of the Swiss Federal Council and head of the Federal Department of Finance. He supports open markets and a competitive financial center and demands the courage to foster innovative approaches.

Professor Thomas Jordan, PhD, is the Chairman of the Swiss National Bank (SNB). He appreciates the efficiency of the Swiss financial market infrastructure and is well aware of its importance.

Dr. Eveline Saupper is a board director of Georg Fischer, Clariant and Zurich Airport, all of which are listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. She is a doctor of law whose particular interests include campaining for an economic environment that will attract new companies and additional investment to Switzerland, especially in peripheral areas.
