What You Will Do Strong collaboration with the Product Owner and other team members in order to provide robust requirements and specifications in a DevOps environment Keep the backlog of the product team always in a healthy state and look after our Definition of Done Actively participate in, and sometimes lead, Scrum ceremonies Actively participate in enabling testing team Work with the team to continuously review and improve existing processes and collaborate very closely with developers and testers What You Bring Minimum of five years of experience as a Requirements Engineer - Agile RE (certification is a plus example: IREB®) Strong background in software development Familiar with Agile software development methodologies - SAFe is a plus Financial knowHow is an advantage but not a must Excellent verbal and written skills in English, German is an advantage but not a must What We Offer Flexible Work Models We trust our employees – that’s why you can arrange your work-from-home and in-office times with the team flexibly.
