DevOps Engineer

Are you passionate about modern technology and the market data business? You want to work in an agile, self-organized DevOps environment where collaboration, trust, customer satisfaction and innovation are key? Then you've come to the right place.
We are looking for a responsible individual to take the central role in running the market data systems in our market data DevOps team. In addition, you will support their further development. You will work in a varied environment with different business units worldwide as well as internal and external customers.

 

What You Will Do
  • Incident Management – 2nd level support
  • Installing and testing market data software on QA systems (Quality Assurance)
  • Rollout of the tested software on the productive systems (rollout of releases)
  • 7x24h on-call service / now and then work on weekends necessary
  • Support for maintenance work (OS and subsystem upgrades)
  • Care and support for very demanding customers

 
What You Bring
  • ​​​​​At least 3 years of DevOps experience with development / engineering flavor     
  • Senior Linux/Unix knowledge / profound Windows- and Java knowledge / monitoring and scripting with Splunk
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Office 365 tools, Jenkins, Artifactory, SDLC, CI/CD
  • Strong understanding of functional languages, mainly SQL, Shell-Scripting
  • Market Data functional knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English (business fluent)
