Are you a technical support specialist with excellent communication and problem-solving skills? Are you interested in the field of development tools and topics as CI/CD pipelines and automation? Do you want to work in a very interesting environment in close cooperation with various business units such as the Swiss Stock Exchange or Financial Information? Then you have come to the right place.
 
We are looking for a technical support specialist to assist our customers with technical problems in the 1st and 2nd level support. You will be providing hands-on support to help drive our centralized development tools services to the next level.
