Main duties:

  • Drafting and publication of open positions;
  • Managing direct and indirect application screening;
  • Interview planning and execution;
  • Administrative follow-up of applications;
  • Contract generation;
  • On-boarding of employees;
  • Supporting Line Managers;
  • Participation in HR projects and change management initiatives.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a dynamic and preferably international HR environment;
  • Practical experience in recruitment, communication and social competences;

  • Assertive, initiative taking personality who is used to work in a demanding work environment;

  • Team player, self-motivated;

  • High quality standards and results oriented working approach;

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Fluent in French and English
