Main duties
  • Support posting online job advertisements on various platforms
  •  Organize and coordinate all job interviews (face to face interview, video conference, telephone/ Skype interview, assessment center) and all administrative tasks related to recruitment process
  • Ensure data entry and data quality in the recruitment system
  • Provide offer/contract documentation for new hire
  • Take over the substitution of Learning Administrator
  • Support recruiters in general administrative task
Your profile
  • Very good spoken and written German and English
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented operation, maintaining high standards of quality and demonstrating good organization skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Quick comprehension connected with great learning capacity
  • Work experience in a Human Resource, Recruitment function or Recruitment Agency will be an advantage
  • High IT systems affinity; great MS Office skills, additional advantage would be basic HR IT systems user knowledge (e.g. SAP HR, Success Factor, PeopleSoft, Taleo)
