- Consulting and supporting our Swedish customers on services, product functionalities, data, pricing, exchanges and claims
- Supporting the Sales team in commercial and administrative matters
- Generating contracts in our internal system
- Being responsible for product and data entitlements
- Managing the billing process
- Ensuring data compliance
- Relevant professional experience: 6 to 10 years, ideally in a financial environment
- Proven experience in administration, with strong organizational skills
- High understanding of quality as well as exact and reliable working methods combined with great independence
- Clear customer focus and good communication skills
- Team player with a positive basic attitude
- Fluent English and Swedish with German as additional assets
