Main duties
  • Support in management reporting
  • Preparing and drawing up internal reports by obtaining information from different contacts
  • Coordinating between the relevant departments for the approval process for relocations
  • Preparing, carrying out and following up on meetings and workshops
  • Planning, drawing up and publishing internal communication
  • Administrative support for individual projects
Your profile
  • About to complete or already completed a (bachelor's or master's) degree in business administration or economics
  • Some initial practical experience in the banking sector, a consulting firm or similar environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Planning, organizational and analytical abilities and swift uptake
  • Independent, goal-driven and efficient way of working with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work on several matters at the same time, to retain an overview and identify interdependencies, and to understand interdisciplinary issues and tackle them in a structured manner
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English
