Main duties
You will provide technical support to our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for supporting market data software development/changes, feed mapping /coding, maintenance of all hardware (small infra), software and network equipment used by the company's customers, develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our technical infrastructure. You will be required to learn about our security protocols to ensure the highest performance for the stakeholders concerned.
Your profile
Successful candidates will have a background in IT Operations, development or technical support with knowledge of most or all of the technologies below:

•Microsoft Server 2012 / 2016
•Microsoft Windows 10
•VMware
•Microsoft SQL Server 2014
•Microsoft Office 365
•JAVA
•C ,C++
•Python
•Cisco networking switches/routers
•HP Servers & Desktops
•McAfee Anti-virus
•Veritas Backup Exec
•Scripting languages
•MELT
•Agile SAFe

In addition, previous management experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate must have excellent English (spoken, written, oral) and a desire to learn about the values of our company and the personal credentials to help others live them.
