Main duties
  • Member of the sales team, shaping design and build-up of SDX Client & Sales organisation
  • Developing, validating, qualifying and closing sales opportunities and ways of collaboration related to technology companies (e.g. core banking systems)
  • Leading a sustainable and predictable sales business that delivers success to both SDX and customers
  • Design and drive implementation of IT sales strategy incl. KPIs
  • Collaborate with senior functional stakeholders to develop and execute strategies in driving business growth and operation efficiency
Your profile
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Computer Engineering with exposure to Information Technology
  • +5 years of work experience in a sales position with a fundamental understanding of IT architecture
  • Must have passion for sales and technology solution selling, strong ability in people management and a solid leadership and teambuilding presence
  • Analytical and structured mindset, high level of attention to details, very organized personality and independent work style
  • Confidence to work in project teams and deliver high quality work results
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills are an absolute must
