- Ensure market success of new products and services
- Monitor client satisfaction on an ongoing basis and observe potential new client needs with business potential
- Liaise with relevant market players and create excitement for new products and service offerings
- Competence to build independently a sales funnel for new products & services (in alignment with other client teams)
- Authority to negotiate commercial agreements with potential clients (within pre-defined boundaries)
- Align with SIX sales force and drive their performance
- Master's degree or higher in business administration, finance, IT, engineering, or related field; MBA as a plus
- Several years of experience in business development and solution sales (preferably within the finance industry and/ or infrastructure services)
- Good understanding of internal processes and legacy IT within Swiss private and retail banks, as well as key technological developments and market trends in the FS industry
- "Can do and delivers" attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Awareness of common and diversified needs of Swiss banks and a strong network in the Swiss banking industry
- Familiarity with topics like Swiss Cloud, KYC, electronic identity (eID), and other latest developments in the FS industry
