Main duties
  • Manage the effective Project Portfolio Management at Business Unit level
  • Manage the consolidate SIX-wide Project Portfolio and Roadmap
  • Align the Project roadmap with strategy and mid-term financial plan (MFP) in close coordination with the Strategic Planning team
  • Ensure the effective support and review of Project documentation and business cases including approval or recommendations to the Executive Committee
  • Ensure effective SIX-wide Project prioritization
  • Ensure optimal tooling solutions are in place and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure optimal Project Portfolio Reporting at Business Unit level and SIX-wide to enable effective decision making
  • Lead the continuous development of Project and Portfolio governance
  • Critically review and continuously improve existing processes, reporting and tools
Your profile
  • Master's degree or comparable higher education
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) and / or project portfolio management certification (PfMP)
  • Significant experience in Project Portfolio management
  • Proven experience in leading teams
  • Strong analytical, critical and conceptual skills
  • Able to communicate efficiently and effectively at different levels of an organization in both a service- and solution oriented way as well as being persistent
  • Expert powerpoint skills and ability to prepare Executive Board / Board of Directors level presentations
  • Ability to distil and convey the right messages at the right level
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Good team player with ability to operate autonomously and proactively
  • Strong German and English language skills
