Main duties
  • Supporting the sales team of SDX in their daily business (calendar, emails, other correspondence etc.)
  • Planning and preparing internal and external workshops, meetings and events and follow them up in time
  • Maintain CRM by entering all new opportunities and managing active opportunities
  • Supporting the team with administration tasks during different projects
  • Organise business trips and conferences (including flights, hotels, transfers etc.) in line with company guidelines
  • Help with travel arrangements, expenses and scheduling as needed for sales team
Your profile
  • Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, Bachelor studies or similar)
  • +/ 3 years of experience working as an assistant in an international company
  • Experienced working in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Very serviceoriented, reliable, proactive and progressive as well as an excellent team player and used to work independently
  • Highly trustworthy, loyal person who communicates well and is used to interacting with senior executives and industry contacts
  • Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Office programs and other IT tools
  • Startup mentality
