Liquidity contracts/ Market watch and Share Buybacks

Liquidity contracts on behalf of the issuer consist in placing a certain number of treasury shares or a certain cash amount at the disposal of Kepler Cheuvreux in order to carry out purchase and sale operations on the spot market.

Transactions are carried out independently by the corporate brokerage department on behalf of the issuer and aim at increasing the liquidity of the shares in the market by (i) increasing in the transacted amounts and the number of executed trades, and/or (ii) decreasing in the spreads between the purchase and sale offers and the decrease in the volatility in prices of the daily market trading in line with the general market tendencies.

Other objectives of the service include: manage indices (in/out); market intelligence through market feedback in a real time basis (stock/sector) and a market watch and intraday trading volumes from other brokers; tailor-made follow-up reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
