Digital Invoicing Made Easy

Uploading PDF files via the customer portal allows invoices to be delivered for sending via eBill and eInvoicing Workflow. The electronic data is read from the PDF files delivered and transferred to the Paynet System together with the PDF. Paynet Upload is recommended as the starter package for the delivery of low invoice volumes in particular. You will receive notification and your login details for the Paynet customer portal and the Paynet Online Archive as soon as you are set up in the Paynet network.

About Paynet Upload

How It Works:

  • Your customers register for eBill via their online banking system. You confirm their registration in the Paynet customer portal.
  • You upload the invoices to our Paynet customer portal as PDF files.
  • We then create VAT-compliant signed invoices, which we deliver to your customers' online banking or accounting systems.
  • Payments are made in the same way as before.

System Requirements:

  • PC or Mac
  • Internet access
  • Up-to-date web browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.)
  • Ability to create PDF files (one PDF file per invoice)

Requirements for the PDF Files:

  • Only unsigned PDF files will be processed.
  • SIX must be informed in advance if the layout of the PDF file is to be changed.
  • Each PDF must contain an ESR coding line.
  • Active elements are not permitted (ResetForm, GoTo, Hide, Named, SetOCGState, Trans, GoTo3DView, set-state, no-op, Launch, Sound, Movie, ImportData, JavaScript, Rendition, GoToR, GoToE, Thread, URI, SubmitForm).
  • http, https and mailto hyperlinks may be used in the PDF file.
