one person or a group of persons in companies domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and which,
upon exceeding or falling below the threshold values defined in
Arts. 20ff. SESTA[pdf]
(3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 33 1/3, 50 and 66 2/3 % of the voting rights), have been reported to the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The quantitative threshold values above are as well for foreign companies analogical applicably.
