As announced in the media release of 6 April 2020, Burkhalter Holding AG’s Board of Directors has reassessed its dividend proposal of CHF 3.70 per share in light of the current situation. As planned, the Board of Directors intends to ask the Shareholders’ Meeting to approve a dividend of CHF 3.70 per share.
Owing to the current situation, voting for the Shareholders’ Meeting on 24 June 2020 will only take place by way of independent proxy. Shareholders cannot be admitted to the Shareholders’ Meeting.

As already announced, Burkhalter Holding AG’s Board of Directors has reassessed its dividend proposal of CHF 3.70 per share in light of the current situation. According to today’s meeting of the Board of Directors, no exact outlook can currently be defined for the 2020 financial year. Nevertheless, the Board of Directors is expecting a profit for 2020 too and is therefore keeping to its dividend proposal to the Shareholders’ Meeting of CHF 3.70 per share for the 2019 financial year.
Owing to the current situation, any shareholder participation in Shareholders’ Meetings will be very difficult to facilitate up to 30 June 2020. The Board of Directors has therefore decided to only permit voting for Burkhalter Holding AG’s Shareholders’ Meeting on 24 June 2020 by way of independent proxy.
