Specialist General Ledger

Financial Reporting & Accounting is responsible for financial accounting and reporting in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. This includes the operational processing of incoming and outgoing invoices (accounts payable, accounts receivable), asset accounting and the management of accounts (general ledger). We also provide results of financial investments and a structured reporting system. This includes the management of master data in the SAP system and its continuous improvement and conceptual development.

What You Will Do
  • Process daily business (management of general ledger accounts, i.e. maintains accounting records by daily booking and reconciling of accounting documents) and contribute to monthly / quarterly / annually closing by performing dedicated tasks (i.e. foreign exchange revaluation, deferrals of costs and revenues (assignment), etc.)
  • Support external advisors in preparation of tax schedules, reporting etc. for foreign entities, as well as internal reporting in accordance with corresponding directives and guidelines (IFRS)
  • Perform internal controls and keep the process documentation up-to-date
  • Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects
What You Bring
  • At least 3 years experience in international financial accounting, General Ledger function is a plus
  • Experience in financial accounting and reporting closing (monthly / annually)
  • Fluency in English and Polish, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Experience in SAP (FI / MM) and MS Office
  • Education in finance & accounting
