HR Business Partner Support with German

We are looking for an assistant who will support our HRBP in the administrative daily business with enthusiasm and joy. You will work in a motivated, dynamic environment in which we are partnering with the business' leaders and management, supporting the achievement of the organizational goals by translating this into practical HR solutions.

What You Will Do
  • support HR Business Partners in organizing daily activities related to HR processes and topics: scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, ad-hoc reports, agendas and minutes of key meetings
  • Support with handling employees related questions, provide guidance upon HR policies, support with HR inbox enquiries
  • establish strong and effective working relationships with internal customers to promote and support positive employees' relations and engagement
  • perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
What You Bring
  • at least 2 years' experience in HR in administrative or assistant role in an international environment
  • very good verbal and written skills in English and German
  • interest in professional development in HR area, HR processes knowledge would be the asset
  • strong communicational skills, service orientation, ability to prioritize workloads, strong attention to detail, proactivity and flexible mindset
  • Confident user in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point; other digital tools are a plus
