Innerhalb eines diversen, hilfsbereiten und eingespielten Teams berätst du unsere Bankkunden telefonisch (Inbound) zu unterschiedlichen Themen rund um den Einsatz von elektronischen Zahlungsmitteln, wie Debitkarten und TWINT.
 
Im Rahmen unserers 7/24 Support bieten wir dir flexible Arbeitsmöglichkeiten von Montag bis Sonntag in einem 7h Schichten- Modell mit interessanten Fringe Benefits und attraktiver Entlöhnung.  
Als Customer Service Agent kommunizierst du sicher in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch, Englisch und Italienisch.
