Once done, you can – at any time afterwards – monitor who is dealing with your problem and where we are in the process of solving it. You are kept up-to-date as and when the status of your problem changes through e-mail updates.
Recognizing that all of our customers work in teams, you get to define several work groups and as many users as you need within each work group. You also have full control over how you manage your contact details and keep them up-to-date.
