As part of its digital strategy and to enhance the quality of its clients’ digital experience, Ex Libris has tied up with SIX Paynet – a part of SIX Securities Services – to use its e-bill solution. This move enables Ex Libris to offer its clients a seamless ‘order-to-pay’ digital experience while consolidating and rationalising its billing activities around a single – and market-tested – solution.

This move brings together two of Switzerland’s market leaders in the large-scale digital transaction space.

Ex Libris is expected to go live with the e-bill solution on January 1st 2018.

According to Stephan Koller, Head of Finance and Administration, Ex Libris, “With this tie-up we expect to see significant increases in efficiency gains as well as noticeable enhancements to the buying experience we provide. We are counting on SIX Paynet to build its scale, stability and experience for the benefit of our customers.”

Commenting on this agreement, Tomas Kindler, member of the Management Committee, SIX Securities Services explained, “We are delighted that Ex Libris has chosen us for its e-billing needs. We look forward to working closely with the Ex Libris team over the months ahead to bring our leading edge digital solution to their customers and to a valuable partnership in the years ahead.”
