Senior Product Manager, Financial Information, SIX

Janine Hofer-Wittwer has been with SIX since 2014. She is responsible for creating SIX Financial Information’s ESG and sustainability proposition and by doing so contributing to a more sustainable and diverse economy, which are topics very close to her heart. Her role entails analyzing market trends and leading the creation of innovative services for the wealth, asset and risk management industry. Prior to that she has been driving the development of risk and analytics services.

Before joining SIX, Janine Hofer-Wittwer worked at UBS in Private Banking and at the Investment Bank both in Switzerland and abroad. After UBS she joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London where she was a Risk Manager for many years. Janine Hofer-Wittwer has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Berne and is a CFA charter holder.

Head of Analytics & Data Science, Synechron EMEA

Hachem Ohlale is the Head of Analytics & Data Science at Synechron EMEA. He has been working for 10 years in Financial Services for some of the largest banks and insurance companies on various data science and applied AI projects including Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing and Predictive Analytics. Within Synechron, he is also part of the Global FinLabs team, which is responsible for driving Synechron's innovation efforts in the FinTech space.

He was recently the global program lead for Synechron’s most recent innovation program called InvestTech, which included the Synechron ESG Booster. Through his involvement in ESG and sustainable finance, Hachem wants to contribute to the sustainable transition of financial services and business as a whole. Hachem Ohlale completed his MBA from the RSM Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Head of Sustainable Finance, Synechron

Rajul Mittal has worked in the heart of financial institutions for over 12 years now spanning across banks, pension funds and asset managers. He has been championing the cause of sustainability at Synechron and leading our vision to come up with solutions for our clients to accelerate the sustainability shift in a timely and efficient way.

Rajul’s first tryst with sustainability came when he worked on an initiative called “Socialway”. Socialway started in 2006 in Bangalore, India. It was envisioned to be a community sharing platform for physical household items and in turn reducing the carbon footprint.

Rajul completed his MBA from Nyenrode Business University, The Netherlands. On a personal note, he resides in the beautiful city of Utrecht and is an avid sports fan. On a personal front Rajul is a proponent of responsible consumption i.e., being a vegetarian, solar panels on the roof to driving an EV.

CEO & Founder Orenda, a SIX company

Tanya Seajay is the Founder and CEO of Orenda Software Solutions Inc, a SIX company. Orenda is a Canadian Alternative Data company established in 2015 with offices in Toronto, Ontario and Membertou, Nova Scotia.

Tanya is a thought leader when it comes to calculating a company’s alignment with society’s values, validating a company’s Environmental, Social and Governance actions, as well as its progress in contributing to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. This has led her and the Orenda team to the capital markets, providing large and actionable datasets that blend with traditional data to create financial models that predict market movements and generate alpha.

Tanya has a Master of Communications Management degree from McMaster University and is a graduate of journalism. She is an alumna of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference for emerging leaders and has held numerous community leadership roles. She is the proud mother of two adult boys, one who is attending the Royal Military College to be a pilot in the Canadian Armed Forces, and a second son who is attending Holland College to become a chef.

Head Sales Netherland, Financial Information, SIX

Jorn Vos started his professional career in the financial industry 22 years ago. After his university years he started as a business consultant at Alveo (Asset Control). Soon after he moved to the more commercial side and became international sales director. In that role he was responsible for growing the business internationally. Working in the EDM and Risk space in Europe and NY, gave him the international experience and feel for the market.

His love for new technologies, start-ups and market trends brought him to SIX where he is building strategic alliances and bridges between SIX, partners and clients. Today’s challenge is ESG where SIX is playing a major role as enabler to accelerate the sustainability shift in a timely and efficient way.
