Tomas Kindler has held the role of interim Head Exchanges since January 1, 2025. He served as Head Operating Office Exchanges – where he had overall responsibility for business management, operations, and change across the exchanges of SIX – and as Head x-clear, among other leadership positions. He joined SIX in 2011 and previously held various senior roles in the financial market infrastructure space. Tomas Kindler is a Swiss-German dual citizen and holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in Durham as well as a degree in Business Administration and Engineering from the Hamburg University of Technology.

Rafael Moral Santiago, incoming Head Securities Services, served as Global Head of Country Management Securities Services for HSBC, based in Hong Kong, where he led the regional strategy and coordination of the bank’s securities services business across all local markets. He previously held other leadership positions for HSBC in both Hong Kong and London, including Head of Securities Services for Europe as well as for Asia Pacific & MENA. Before joining HSBC, he spent more than a decade in various roles at Deutsche Bank in Germany, the USA and Singapore. A Spanish citizen, Rafael Moral Santiago graduated from the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and attended INSEAD’s MBA and International Executive Programmes.

Fabienne-Anne Rehulka, General Counsel SIX, was appointed as a full member of the Executive Board as of April 1, 2025. Fabienne joined SIX in June 2024 as Group General Counsel and member of the Extended Executive Board. She has more than 20 years of legal and regulatory as well as significant leadership experience.
