Pierre, is an experienced investor relations leader with over 25 years overseeing investor relations at global companies in Switzerland and in France such as Givaudan in the last 4 years, Danone, Sodexo and CEVA Logistics AG . He successfully implemented the investor relations function for two companies, including an IPO in Switzerland, advising senior management on investor relations strategy, creating the equity story and building trusted relationships with investors and analysts. He is now a Board member at the IR Club Schweiz.

Stefan Bosshard is responsible for the Fixed Income Primary Markets of SIX Swiss Exchange, where he is shaping the services for bond listings. Prior to his current role, Stefan was Product Head for the digital bond offering of SDX and Product Manager for the Fixed Income Secondary Markets of the Swiss Stock Exchange, focusing on introducing innovative services for issuing and trading bonds. Stefan has more than 20 years experience in financial services, FMIs, and bond trading. Fabienne Crisovan

Fabienne Crisovan serves as Group Head of Governance, ESG Legal & Corporate Law at Zurich Insurance Group, a role she has held since November 2020. She leads a team responsible for a wide range of areas, including financial and non-financial disclosure and reporting, listing matters, ESG legal, governance and corporate law—including Zurich Insurance Group Ltd’s AGM and share register.
Fabienne is also a member of the Sustainability Executive Team and serves as Vice-chair of the Disclosure Committee. Before taking on her current position, Fabienne led cross-border M&A (including bancassurance) and capital markets transactions, as well as Investment Management projects.
Prior to joining Zurich Insurance Group, Fabienne Crisovan worked with one of the major law firms in Zurich as a member of the Corporate / M&;A practice group and prior to that, with a mid-sized law firm in Zurich focusing on Corporate and Tax Law. She holds a degree in law (lic. iur.) from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Northwestern (Chicago). Fabienne is admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich and to the bar of the State of New York.

Mátyás Csiky
Senior Sustainability Specialist Partners Group
Is a Senior Sustainability Specialist, based in Zug, and is responsible for implementing our climate change strategy. He has been with Partners Group since 2016 and has 11 years of industry experience. He is also a member of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Capital Markets Advisory Panel, which drafts the financial industry specific European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) for the European Commission. Prior to joining PG, he worked for SUSI Partners, a Zurich-based energy transition fund, in the investment and asset management team, and served as an officer in the United Nations peacekeeping force in Syria. Mátyás also co-founded a charity focusing on the development of nature-based, regenerative carbon removal solutions. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Maastricht University, the Netherlands.

Dirk Effenberger is Head Investment Risk at the Chief Investment Office of UBS GWM.
Dirk and his team monitor key financial market risks (incl. geopolitics) and run scenario analysis to assess their impact on financial markets and on UBS’s asset allocation views. In addition, his team publishes the UBS Global Risk Radar – a publication that helps clients navigating through key economic and geopolitical risks.
Dirk joined UBS as an investment strategist in 2007. Previously, he was an economist at Deutsche Bank Research (Frankfurt and Toronto) and the Research & Consulting unit of Swiss Re (Zurich). Dirk is a regular speaker at UBS client events. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Economics from the University of Muenster (Germany). Dirk also studied at the University of California (USA). He is married and has three children.

David Hancock is Head of Investor Relations at Nestlé, based in Vevey in Switzerland. Since joining in September 2024, he has worked closely with the new leadership to develop the company’s IR programme. David joined Nestlé after more than 3 years at Deliveroo, where he was VP Finance, Strategy & IR, with responsibilities including investor relations, sustainability, corporate development and strategy; he also served for a period as interim Chief Financial Officer. From 2013 to 2020, David held senior finance positions at the Adecco Group, including SVP, Head of Investor Relations based in Zurich. At the start of his career, David spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, beginning in sales and trading before moving to become a highly-ranked equity research analyst. David is a CFA charterholder and a chartered management accountant (FCMA, CGMA), and holds a master's degree in philosophy from Cambridge University.

Between 2015 and 2025, he acted as partner and Head of Activism of Petrus Advisers in London, before starting SPUR Value Partners. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the European Business School (Germany) and is a CFA charterholder.

Christian Kern is Head of Investor Relations at SES headquartered in Luxembourg. He joined SES at the start of 2025 from Telefónica Deutschland, where he was Director Investor Relations since 2020. Christian transferred to Telefónica Deutschland from Telefónica Group which he joined as Director of Investor Relations in 2018 from STJ Advisors where he was regional Chairman & Managing Director. Prior to these Investor Relations appointments, Christian has been Head of European Equity Research at J.P.Morgan based in London. Under his leadership J.P.Morgan’s European Equity Research Department has achieved Top3 firm ranks in the All-Europe Institutional Investor Survey in 2016 and 2015.
Prior to this, Christian has been Head of CEEMEA (Ex-Russia) Equity Research as well as MENA Equity Research based in Dubai and a long standing top-rated Telecoms analyst. Christian joined J.P.Morgan from Lehman Brothers in London where he has been Co-Head of the Telecoms team that was consistently No1 ranked in the All-Europe Institutional Investor Survey (2002-2008). His earlier responsibilities include 8 years with Citi as Director in London and he has worked in corporate finance for Communications Equity Associates in New York as well as goetzpartners in Munich. Christian gained an MBA with a major in finance from Columbia Business School in New York and an MS in engineering from Technical University of Munich.

Daan Meurders
Investment Stewardship Lead Analyst, Vanguard
Daan Meurders is a lead analyst in Investment Stewardship for the EMEA region, covering the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and the Netherlands. He joined Vanguard in 2023 and is based in Zurich.
Previously, Daan worked at Credit Suisse (CS), where he served as an investor relations officer, focused on Swiss and continental European equity investors as well as corporate governance and ESG matters. In his 14 years at CS, Daan also held roles in corporate development M&A, investment banking advisory, and asset management EMEA strategy.
Daan holds an MSc in strategy and international management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MSc in business administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands.

Anouchka Miquel
Sustainability Engagement Lead, Lombard Odier Investment Managers
Anouchka Miquel is a Sustainability Engagement Specialist within Lombard Odier’s Sustainable Research team. She joined Lombard Odier Investment Managers in 2019.
In her current position, Anouchka leads sustainability-focused engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, working closely with investment teams to integrate sustainability considerations into the investment process. She also contributes to collaborative initiatives that support the transition to a Circular, Lean, Inclusive, and Clean (CLIC™) economy through systemic change.
Anouchka has built the data and IT infrastructure, along with reporting tools, to showcase stewardship outcomes and enhance transparency. She actively promotes the strategic role of Stewardship, and collaborates with industry associations to strengthen engagement practices across the financial sector.

Pierre Mouton
Head of Long Only Investments
Pierre Mouton first joined NS Partners in 2003 and heads the Group’s Long Only Strategies. He is also member of the Asset Allocation Committee. He started his financial career in1993 at AG2R La Mondiale, where he successively managed money-market, fixed-income and equity portfolios, before moving on in 2000 to Fiduciary Trust in Geneva as a Portfolio Manager. He then joined NS Partners in 2003 as Portfolio Manager. In 2004, he co-founded Messidor Finance, before returning to NS Partners in 2010. Pierre holds a Degree and a MSc in finance, actuarial studies and portfolio management from SKEMA Business School in Lille (France).

Is a Senior Sustainability Manager at KIRKBI. With over 13 years of professional experience in various roles in business operations, carbon markets, and sustainability & climate advisory, she previously held consulting and management roles at dss+, IETA, Nestlé, DuPont, and Air Liquide. Claire leads on climate strategy, which includes climate target setting, transition planning, climate risk, reporting, and advisory for climate solutions investments. She holds Master’s degrees in both Engineering and International Business and loves continuing education having completed programmes such as Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge Institution for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). She also serves as the Anchorwoman for the Lausanne and Léman region CISL alumni network that includes 150+ sustainability professionals.

Marc-Dominic Nettesheim
Vice President | Head of Investor Relations Lufthansa Group
Since May 2024, Marc is Vice President Head of Investor Relations at Lufthansa Group. In this role, he oversees capital market communication, financial publications, and shareholder affairs.
Prior to assuming this role, he was heading the group’s Mergers & Acquisitions department. In this capacity, he was responsible for major M&A transactions, among those the divestment of catering provider LSG and credit card company AirPlus, or the acquisition of various airlines such as ITA, Air Berlin, or Brussels Airlines.
Before joining Lufthansa in 2012, Marc worked at the investment bank Metzler, at KPMG’s corporate finance department, and at Dresdner Bank. In total, he has more than 20 years of capital markets, M&A, and finance experience.
Marc graduated from University of Cologne and ESADE in Barcelona, with master’s degrees in business administration. Moreover, he holds an MBA from Eastern Illinois University. Occasionally, he hosts lectures at LSE, TUM, or Frankfurt School of Finance, and he is member of the business honor society “Beta Gamma Sigma”.

Myrta Odoni is a legal professional working at SIX Exchange Regulation (SER). As Deputy Head Corporate Disclosure, she and her team are responsible for monitoring and enforcing the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange’s disclosure obligations with regard to ad hoc publicity and management transactions.
Myrta holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law & Economics from the University of St.Gallen (2018) and was admitted to the bar in Lucerne (2020). Prior to joining SER, she worked at the Public Prosecutor's Office in Lenzburg, Deloitte in Zurich (Risk & Regulatory Assurance) and a law firm in Lucerne.

Michael Oplustil

Michael Oplustil is a Senior Consultant at Embera Partners, specializing in corporate finance and investor relations. He brings over 20 years of capital markets experience, having held senior roles in investment banking, corporate finance, and investor relations at leading institutions including Deutsche Bank, Erste Bank, and UNIQA.
Before joining Embera Partners, Michael led the investor relations function at UNIQA, where he established the department, managed capital markets communications and rating agency relations, and successfully oversaw UNIQA’s Re-IPO in 2013.
Michael began his career at Deutsche Bank after studying economics and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He held roles in controlling and global corporate banking before joining Erste Bank’s investor relations team, further deepening his expertise in capital markets communications.

Jennifer O'Neill-Mardokh is a Senior Principal for PGIM Private Capital, located in Paris. For nearly 100 years. PGIM Private Capital has been partnering with a wide range of corporations, sponsors and institutions to provide valuable insights and customized capital solutions that enable them to achieve their growth and funding goals. With regional teams in 15 offices around the world, PGIM Private Capital is the private capital arm of PGIM inc, the US$1.4 trillion global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (as of June 30, 2025)
She leads a team responsible for marketing, originating and managing private placements, direct lending and mezzanine investments in Belgium and France. Prior to joining PGIM in 2007, Jennifer worked for seven years in the French investment banking and advisory sector, with Private Capital Partners and ARJIL & Associes Banque, focusing on the sell-side of the private placement market. Prior to that position, she worked as an Analyst for Archon Group France, an asset and property management entity of Goldman Sachs. Jennifer received a BA Joint Honors from University College Cork and MBA from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Claudia Pedretti is Head of Investor & Media Relations at Givaudan, bringing over 20 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, and capital markets. Before joining Givaudan in 2023, she led Investor Relations at Barry Callebaut Group for five years, shaping the company’s
equity story and strengthening ties with global stakeholders.
She has also played a key role in developing ESG strategies and communications throughout her career. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Bank Vontobel, and UBS, where she advised on IPOs and other
major transactions. A graduate of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, Claudia is Swiss and an advocate for diversity and inclusion in business leadership.

Andreas Posavac

Andreas Posavac is Managing Partner and Founder of Embera Partners. Prior to founding Embera Partners in 2024, Andreas spent 6 years at IHS Markit and S&P Global, which acquired IHS Markit in 2021 in a $44bn transaction, where he built and led the M&A, corporate governance and ESG-advisory team globally. Prior to that, Andreas spent more than 10 years at Ipreo, a leading capital markets and IR-advisory firm, where he led the company’s corporate business in D/A/CH and CEEMEA, building the market leading position with a team of +30 focused on investor intelligence, ownership and a specialty focus on corporate governance, shareholder activism and public M&A transactions.
Andreas has worked with some of the largest companies globally on board and executive level, advising both corporates and alsoinvestors on public takeover offers, shareholder activist campaigns, friendly and hostile corporate governance projects, restructurings as well as standard projects with companies building their capital markets attractiveness through active roadshows, investor access, corporate governance and ESG-strategies as well as IPO’s and del-istings. He also built the concept of data-driven advisory in the context of M&A, positioning the IHS-Markit team as the market leading advisers with a holistic offering, which he continued to refine and build for the unique approach at Embera Partners.

Mischa Repmann
Senior Sustainability Manager Swiss Re Management Ltd
He leads Swiss Re's net-zero transition planning, including strategy, carbon accounting and climate targets. He is also a guest lecturer at ETH Zurich on carbon management. Before joining Swiss Re in 2018, he held positions in academia and climate consulting, including for UNDP. He holds an MSc in environmental physics and a PhD in process engineering.

Andrea Rüttimann

Andrea Rüttimann is a senior Swiss corporate lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in M&A and capital markets, specializing in banking and securities law, corporate governance, and market conduct rules. She advises boards, listed companies, and investors on high-profile international and domestic transactions as well as critical governance, disclosure, and compliance matters. Andrea brings a unique perspective from her years at the Disclosure Office of SIX Swiss Exchange, combined with her long-standing advisory practice at Niederer Kraft Frey, where she is recognized for her business judgement, deep technical expertise and efficient approach.
She regularly represents clients before regulators, has acted on internal investigations, and is a recognized issuer’s representative at SIX Swiss Exchange. Educated at the University of Zurich and NYU School of Law, she regularly publishes and is widely regarded as a trusted expert in her field.

Prof. Dr. Christoph Seibt
Partner, Freshfields
Christoph works largely for listed companies and is the co-head of our global listed companies/public M&A group.
Christoph is one of the most highly regarded corporate lawyers in Germany, evidenced by peer group reviews and received awards, and the fact that he is regularly asked to give expert opinions to the German government. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate and financial restructurings, as well as providing corporate governance and corporate finance advice to boards.
Over the last 20 years Christoph has become 'the name in the market' for takeover and activist shareholders defence work, crisis management advice, and complex stakeholder issues. Besides working on extraordinary, one-off matters for new clients, he has built long-term relationships with a number of DAX and MDAX clients and also large family offices for whom he acts on a regular basis.
He speaks English and French, as well as his native German.

Bjørn Sibbern has been the CEO of SIX since January 2025. Previously, since joining SIX in January 2024, he led the stock exchange business as Global Head Exchanges and a Member of the Executive Board.
Bjørn Sibbern has experience managing large teams in the fields of trading, funds, post-trade, listings, IPOs, data, index business, and technology. Before joining SIX, he served as Executive Vice President and President of European Markets at Nasdaq. In this role, he led the Nasdaq markets and exchanges across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
He was also responsible for trading, listing, clearing, settlement, and the data business in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and the Baltic nations. Prior to this, Bjørn was Executive Vice President and responsible for Nasdaq global data, data & analytics and index business working out of Nasdaq headquarter in New York.
Before joining Nasdaq, Bjørn Sibbern was CEO at E*TRADE Bank Denmark from 2006 to 2008 and held key roles at OMX and Stocknet Norway. The Danish citizen holds an Executive Master in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Finance, and a Master in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School.

Christopher Wickli joined VAT Group in June 2023 in Investor Relations, following an over 20-year career in investment banking.
Before joining VAT, Christopher worked 2 years at Lazard in Frankfurt in the Equity Capital Markets team as IPO advisor. Prior to Lazard, he worked for over 15 years at Citigroup in London in the Equity Capital Markets team for the DACH region, advising on IPOs, Private Placements, Capital Increases and Block Trades, as well as IR engagement strategies. Highlights include capital transactions for various German Banks, the reintroduction of Iceland to global equity markets, and IPOs for well-known German, Austrian and Swiss companies. Additionally, he worked on Corporate Broking mandates in the German market.
Christopher studied at the University of Zurich, graduating with an MA in International Relations, History and Classical Archaeology. During his time at university, he built his first professional experience in equity markets working part-time at Kepler Equities in the equity research department.

HSG, Swiss certified public accountant, is Head of Corporate Reporting at SIX Exchange Regulation, where he is responsible for monitoring and enforcement of the corporate reporting obligations, notably financial reporting, corporate governance and sustainability reporting, of issuers on the Swiss stock exchange. As an audit expert, Reto Zemp has previously worked for a big 4 audit firm for over 15 years.
