Tanya König is a multilingual moderator, news anchor, and broadcast journalist. Since 2022, she has been working for Swiss Television (SRF). Prior to that, she created, produced, and presented programs for CNNMoney Switzerland. Tanya is a graduate of the Ringier School of Journalism and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sinology and Political Science from the University of Zurich.

Chief of Staff / Head Business Management, SIX Swiss Exchange

Since 1 September 2025, Marco Estermann is Chief of Staff and Member Management Committee Exchanges at SIX. In this role, Marco drives the Exchanges’ strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals. Before that, he held various leadership positions within the Business Unit Exchanges, such as e.g., COO a.i. and Head Business Development for both Swiss and Spanish markets as well as Head Strategic Projects, with responsibility for Strategy & Innovation and Regulatory Relations of the Swiss Exchange business. Prior to these more strategic roles, Marco had been acting as Head Issuer Relations with responsibility for the origination of new listings as well as the relationship management with listed companies since he had joined SIX Swiss Exchange in November 2009. Before joining SIX, Marco worked for several investment banks in their Corporate Finance departments, amongst others with UBS Investment Bank in Zurich and London where he was involved in various capital market-, M&A-, private equity and venture capital transactions.The Swiss citizen holds a master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Zurich (Switzerland).

Head Primary Markets, Switzerland SIX Swiss Exchange

Sascha Hilber is Head Primary Markets Switzerland at SIX Swiss Exchange, based in Zurich. Prior to joining SIX in 2026, he spent nearly one and a half decades at Citigroup in London, where he was a Director in Investment Banking. In this role, he originated, structured and executed equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions, focusing on clients in the German-speaking region. Earlier in his career, Sascha worked at Credit Suisse in Zurich as an Investment Advisor to independent asset managers.

Head Issuer Relations, SIX Swiss Exchange

Before taking on the role of Head Issuer Relations at SIX Swiss Exchange in September 2022, Vera Güttinger worked for listed companies in Austria and Switzerland for over 16 years. She held positions in corporate accounting, investor relations and sustainability and has broad experience in these areas.

President Swiss IR Club

Lorna Davie is the President of the Swiss IR Club. She is tasked with collaborating with Board Members across all sectors, which encompass the expansion of membership, professional development, networking, communication, and overall cooperation with partners and other global Investor Relations associations.

Lorna brings more than 25 years of capital-markets experience, combining senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse with in-house Investor Relations experience. Head of Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations, VAT Group

Michel Gerber is one if not the longest active investor relations professional in Switzerland with a career that spends more than three decades. Since 2016, Michel is the head Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations at VAT, the global market and technology leader in high-vacuum valves and solutions used in the fabrication of semiconductors, digital displays, solar panels and other high-precision manufacturing processes. The company has 4’000 employees worldwide and net sales in 2025 of about CHF 1.1 billion. VAT IPO’d in April 2016 and since then more than tenfold increased its market cap to currently about CHF 18 billion.

Before joining VAT Michel had several IR related positions at Alusuisse-Lonza, ABB and Holcim. Beside the IR work, Michel was also involved in corporate development incl. large M&A transactions, general communications and marketing. Michel also led the sustainability activities at VAT, leading to the SBTi agreement in late 2025.

Michel also has served as a board member in developing companies in the finance sector and currently is the honorary chairman of the IR club Switzerland. In addition, Mr. Gerber has been a member of the final jury of the Swiss Annual Report Rating (formerly known as Bilanz Geschäftsberichte Rating) from 2011 to 2024.

Former Head SIX Exchange Regulation

Rodolfo Straub is a Swiss lawyer and senior financial markets professional with more than three decades of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, exchange regulation and financial services.

He began his career at UBS, where he advised Swiss corporations on corporate finance matters before taking on senior roles in key account management and global credit product management. From 1999 to 2007, he served as Head of Capital Markets at Zürcher Kantonalbank.

Rodolfo subsequently joined SIX Swiss Exchange, where he held several senior positions, including Head of Admission and Head of SIX Exchange Regulation. He later served as Head of Special Projects at SIX Swiss Exchange.

Rodolfo holds a law degree from the University of Zurich and has also served as Mayor of Oberrieden, Zurich.

Head of Equities, ODDO BHF Investment Banking

Matthias is Global Head of Markets Products and Global Head of Equities since 2022.

He joined ODDO BHF in early 2014 initially as Head of Research having spent time previously at Exane BNP Paribas, SG and JP Morgan as an Equity Research analyst both in Paris and London.

Matthias started his career in M&A from 1998 to 2001 mainly in Asia.

Graduated from ESCP Business School and Paris 2 University Pantheon-Assas.

Board Member, Swiss IR Club

Pierre is an experienced investor relations leader with over 25 years overseeing investor relations at global companies in Switzerland and in France such as Givaudan in the last 4 years, Danone, Sodexo and CEVA Logistics AG.

He successfully implemented the investor relations function for two companies, including an IPO in Switzerland, advising senior management on investor relations strategy, creating the equity story and building trusted relationships with investors and analysts. He is now a Board member at the IR Club Schweiz.

Professor of Geopolitics & Strategy, Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum's Trade & Investment Council

Simon J. Evenett is a Professor of Geopolitics & Strategy at IMD Business School and Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum's Trade & Investment Council. In these roles he engages with executive teams, investors, public policy officials, and a family office to make sense of geopolitical upheaval, their significance for organisations, and the strategic opportunities and risks created.

Group CEO, UBS Group

Sergio P. Ermotti has been Group CEO of UBS Group AG and President of the Executive Board of UBS AG since 2023. He was also the Group CEO from 2011 to 2020. He re-joined UBS from Swiss Re, where he was Chairman of the Board of Directors until 2023. Prior to joining UBS in 2011, he was at UniCredit Group, where from 2007 to 2010 he served as Group Deputy CEO and Head of Corporate & Investment Banking and Private Banking, prior to which he served as Head of the Markets & Investment Banking Division. Before that, he held various positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the areas of equity derivatives and capital markets. He became Co-Head of Global Equity Markets and a member of the Executive Management Committee for Global Markets & Investment Banking in 2001.

Global Head Exchanges SIX Group

Tomas Kindler has been Global Head Exchanges and a Member of the Executive Board of SIX since June 2025. He joined SIX in 2011 as Head x-clear and subsequently held different business management positions within the Securities Services and Exchanges business units. Since June 2024, he has been Head Operating Office Exchanges with

overall responsibility for business management, operations, and change across the exchanges of SIX. Before joining SIX, Tomas Kindler was managing director at Link Up Markets in Madrid, Spain, from 2008 to 2010.

Between 1999 and 2008 he held various positions at Deutsche Börse Group in strategic projects and marketing & sales. Tomas Kindler began his career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting. The Swiss and German citizen holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Durham and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Hamburg University of Technology.

Emily Rubin-Delanchy: Head of EMEA Shareholder Intelligence, Issuer Solutions, S&P Global Market Intelligence

Emily leads S&P Global’s EMEA Shareholder Intelligence team.

Emily has nearly 20 years’ experience in IR, having held numerous roles within S&P Global's Advisory business specialising in European markets. Emily joined S&P from the Investor Relations Advisory Team of UBS Corporate Broking where she serviced UK Corporates.

She previously held consultancy roles with Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Edelman Smithfield supporting UK and European teams on their IR Strategy.

Jobst Honig is a Partner at FGS Global and Global Co-Head of the firm's Activism Defense practice. Based in Berlin, he advises listed companies, family businesses, and international private equity funds on shareholder activism defense, M&A transactions, strategic positioning, and financial communications.

Jobst brings a rare combination of advisory expertise and hands-on operational experience.

Before joining FGS Global, he served as an Investor Relations manager and spokesperson at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, giving him direct insight into how institutional investors think and what they expect from management. He also led strategic projects, including M&A and restructuring, at a large German family-owned company.

He holds a Master's degree in Law and Business from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and Bucerius Law School.

Caroline joined FGS Global in January 2021 to continue to build the Equity Advisory & IR practice in London. Before joining FGS Global Caroline had 30+ years of investment banking experience at Deutsche, BAML and Barclays. This included Equity Advisory, M&A and Capital Markets. Caroline also spent eight years on the public side of the Chinese wall, as a lead equity research analyst and head of Barclays Africa equity research business. In the corporate world she also led the M&A and treasury function for chemicals company Sasol, ran its US listing project and sat on its Southern African exco.

Klaus Schinkel is a senior capital markets executive with over 30 years of international experience in equity capital market, investor relations, and strategic financing, including senior ECM roles at leading investment banks. Since 2014, Klaus has led Edison's strategic advisory business across the DACH region, advising listed and growth-stage companies on equity story development, capital markets positioning and institutional investor access.

Marius Zuberbuehler is a Co-Founder and Partner at Octavian AG in Zurich, where he leads the firm’s Corporate Advisory activities. He advises listed and private companies

Serge Monnerat is a co-founding Partner at Octavian AG in Zurich, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Swiss equities, institutional sales, equity research and capital

market transactions.

His background combines deep Swiss equity market knowledge, senior issuer relationships, long-standing access to institutional investors and practical

experience in positioning listed companies with the buy side.

He previously spent 16 years at Bank am Bellevue, where he served as CEO from 2010 to 2017, Deputy CEO from 2008 to 2010, Head of Research from 2002 to 2009 and Partner

in the sales team. Across these roles, he helped build and lead one of Switzerland’s most established institutional equity platforms.

Based in London, Jonathan heads the Corporate Services team for EMEA. Jonathan and the team help issuers navigate the U.S. capital markets, globalize their investor relations outreach and implement best practices to maximize the success of cross-trading into the United States. Prior to joining OTC Markets Jonathan spent 10 years in cross-border investment management. He holds a BA from the University of Surrey and is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.
