S&P Global Ratings maintained its ‘A/A-1’ long- and short-term issuer credit ratings on SIX Group AG and its ‘A+/A-1’ ratings on the operating subsidiaries SIX SIS AG and SIX x-clear AG. The stable outlooks for all rated entities reflect the expectation that SIX will continue to deliver revenue growth and EBITDA margin expansion while maintaining sustainable financial leverage. S&P Global Ratings further highlighted the strong performance of SIX in the first half of 2026 and recognized the progress made under its Scale Up 2027 transformation program.
