An established industry benchmark

Global Custodian’s annual Agent Banks in Major Markets survey is an established benchmark for the post-trade industry. It gathers client feedback across major financial markets and assesses providers in areas including relationship management, client service, account management, technology, innovation, operational efficiency and risk management.

Leading positions maintained

In the ICSD category, SIX broadly matched its performance in the previous survey and retained its leading position despite a marginal decrease in its score. In the Switzerland CSD category, it again ranked ahead of domestic competitors and maintained first place among non-domestic clients.
