Watch Galderma's IPO Live!

In what is expected to be one of the biggest European IPOs this year, Galderma intends to list its shares on SIX Swiss Exchange on 22 March 2024, with the IPO event being live-streamed on LinkedIn as from 8.30 am on.

Galderma is a company specialized in dermatology. It was founded in 1981 as a joint venture between Nestlé and L'Oréal. The company focuses on developing and manufacturing dermatological treatments and skincare products for various skin conditions. In Switzerland, their probably best-known product is the sunscreen Daylong. In 2019, Galderma was acquired by a group of institutional investors led by EQT.
