Hybrid Work
Employees can work from home up to 60% of their yearly working time if the nature of work allows it.
Balance

Education
Traditional learning at schools, universities, training facilities. Generally formal in nature with a defined beginning and end, measured and tracked (e.g. classroom training offered by SIX Academy, digital learning).
Exposure
Learning that occurs through interaction and relationships with colleagues, experts, and thought leaders. You develop your skills by building connections through peers, teaching others, participating in communities, and coaching or mentoring activities.
Experience
Learning that occurs through performing professional tasks at work and in projects. Learning can include learning on the job in stretch assignments, job rotations, or special projects.
Environment
Point-of-need learning that leverages methods, tools, systems used on your job to learn or support work (e.g. information systems, search engines, job guides).
