What does your day as a Test Manager at the Global Capability Center (GCC) look like?

My day centers around defining and driving the quality strategy for large-scale initiatives that aim to improve the user experience and reduce latency.

I work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners to make quality part of every step in the delivery lifecycle. This includes team coordination, alignment between test objectives and business goals, and careful validation before solutions reach clients.

A significant part of my role also focuses on modern quality practices, strong automation, better test coverage, and more efficient test processes.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I enjoy most is the opportunity to solve complex problems and keep my knowledge up to date. I particularly like the potential of automation and AI to make testing more efficient, speed up analysis, and help teams deliver reliable, high-quality solutions to the market more quickly.

What are you most passionate about both in and outside work?

I am curious about new apps, websites, and emerging technologies because technology continues to shape and simplify everyday life.

I often find myself asking: How does this work? What happens behind the scenes? How is the data processed? What technology stack powers this experience? That curiosity also extends to areas such as AI, automation, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture.

What is your favorite hobby?

One of my favorite hobbies is playing games, both mobile and board games. I enjoy games that challenge me to think strategically, solve problems, adapt quickly, and make decisions in different scenarios.

What advice would you give someone who is considering a career at the GCC?

Be curious, keep learning, and never stop asking questions. What does your day as a Delivery Lead at the Global Capability Center (GCC) look like?

My role focuses on core IT infrastructure services and supporting my teams in their daily work.

My day usually begins with a quick review of service status, incidents, and daily priorities. I then connect with managers and technical teams, mainly to address risks or roadblocks.

I mentor my team leads, support continuous improvement, plan service transitions, and prepare future enhancements.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I have a strong background in people management, and I enjoy helping team members succeed. Every day brings a fresh set of challenges. Together with my team, I focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. I also enjoy working with global teams and being responsible for providing reliable IT services.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job?

The main challenges are the variety of priorities, coordination across teams, and the need to make timely decisions in critical situations. These situations require adaptability and clear, effective communication.

What is one of your favorite hobbies?

Two of my hobbies are fitness and painting. They help me stay organized and creative in different ways.

What does your day as a Transition Manager at the Global Capability Center (GCC) look like?

My day centers on service, process, and team transitions across different groups. I work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners to coordinate project plans, manage risks, and track milestones.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I appreciate the variety in the role, as each day comes with different challenges. What I enjoy most is the clarity and structure I can bring to complex situations. It is rewarding to see a transition move from planning to successful execution while everyone involved stays aligned.

My role also gives me the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and deepen my understanding of different business functions and technologies.

What are you most passionate about both in and outside work?

At work, I am passionate about strong relationships, collaboration, and supporting teams as they navigate change. Outside work, I enjoy creative and mindful pursuits such as watercolor painting, abstract art, embroidery, origami, and craftwork. I also enjoy art galleries and museums, fiction, and relaxed hikes in nature.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job?

One of the biggest challenges is the balance between multiple priorities and expectations across different groups. Every transition has its own risks, dependencies, and timelines. So clear communication and adaptability are essential for successful outcomes.
