The highest turnover on a single trading day was recorded on 29 October, which saw securities worth a total volume of CHF 5.6 billion changing hands. The highest number of trades was recorded on 1 October, with 277,862. The stock that generated the highest turnover during the reporting month was NESTLE N with CHF 7.5 billion; ROCHE GS was the most traded stock with 270,441 transactions.

In October, products with crypto currencies as underlyings reached a trading turnover of CHF 853.0 million. In total, 139 products were traded and 36,070 transactions concluded. The highest turnover and the most transactions in October were recorded by ETPs: ABTC on Bitcoin with CHF 93.8 mn and AETH on Ethereum with 3,398 trades.
