At a time of increased cost pressure, constantly changing customer needs and new competitors, more and more financial institutions are outsourcing parts of their value chain to external partners specializing in the respective area.

For cash management and procurement, SIX now offers financial institutions fully automated, rule-based cash management for ATMs. Unlike other providers, SIX has central, vendor-neutral device management as well as all relevant transaction data required for the implementation of the cash management solution. SIX thus ensures maximum relief with regard to banks’ internal IT costs.

The SIX offering includes the core modules of Forecasting, Ordering, Reconciliation and Supplier Management and is available in two variants. The first is as software as a service (SaaS) for the financial institution’s own use. Alternatively, banks can also hand over the entire cash handling process to SIX as part of a business process outsourcing (BPO) arrangement. With its patented forecasting algorithm based on artificial intelligence, SIX optimizes the number of management tasks per ATM for the banks, thereby significantly reducing their costs. In addition, bank-internal file- and person-specific expertise is bundled in a standard software package, documented in an auditable way and secured.
